Sharjah also reported a 35% drop in road fatalities during the first half of 2025.

In the commercial transport sector, this shift is increasingly driven by data. According to Michelin Mobility Intelligence, behavior monitoring systems that analyze driver performance, including indicators like speed, braking, and reaction time, allow fleet managers to detect risky patterns early and intervene before incidents occur, shifting safety from reactive to preventive action
