Le Mans, June 16, 2025 – Ferrari has once again made motorsport history by winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the third consecutive year, a feat that underlines the brand’s dominance in endurance racing. This latest victory came during the 93rd running of the legendary French endurance race, further adding to Ferrari’s illustrious legacy. The winning machine was the number 83 Ferrari 499P, a hybrid Hypercar fielded by the AF Corse team and dressed in the eye-catching Giallo Modena livery – a nod to the brand’s iconic yellow heritage.
At the heart of this triumph were three exceptional drivers: Yifei Ye, Ferrari’s official factory driver, teamed up with British endurance specialist Phil Hanson and veteran Polish racer Robert Kubica. Together, they showcased skill, precision, and endurance over the course of 24 grueling hours, navigating unpredictable weather and intense pressure to take the checkered flag.
This race also marked the fourth round of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC), in which Ferrari continued to shine. Car number 51, driven by experienced Ferrari trio Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi, delivered a solid performance to secure third place overall. Following closely behind was car number 50, the second official entry from Ferrari – also run by AF Corse – driven by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen, who fought hard throughout the race and just missed the podium.
This remarkable result not only solidifies Ferrari’s dominance at Le Mans in the modern era, but also grants the Maranello-based manufacturer a prestigious and rare honor in motorsport
The right to keep the winners’ trophy permanently. This privilege is traditionally awarded to any team or manufacturer that wins the 24 Hours of Le Mans three times in a row – a symbol of lasting excellence and unparalleled consistency on the world’s most demanding racetrack.
Following its remarkable wins in 2024 with the skilled trio of Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen, as well as the milestone centenary edition in 2023
With Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi, Ferrari has once again reached the summit of endurance racing. In 2025, the Maranello-based manufacturer continued its extraordinary run of success at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, climbing to the top step of the podium with the now-legendary Ferrari 499P – a machine that has achieved near-mythical status thanks to its flawless record at the Circuit de La Sarthe. Since making its competitive debut, the 499P has claimed victory in every Le Mans race it has entered.
This latest achievement raises Ferrari’s total number of overall victories in the world’s most iconic endurance race to twelve
Spanning from its first historic triumph in 1949 all the way to this most recent win in 2025. These victories reflect a legacy built on innovation, performance, and resilience over nearly eight decades of racing excellence.
Notably, Ferrari has now captured three consecutive outright wins at Le Mans
“A milestone the Prancing Horse had not reached since its golden era in the 1960s. During that historic period, Ferrari dominated the event with six straight victories from 1960 to 1965. The final win in that streak came in 1965 with the Ferrari 250 LM – a car that became an icon in its own right and marked the last overall Le Mans win for Ferrari before its long hiatus from the top tier of endurance racing”.
After returning to the premier class in 2023, Ferrari has rapidly re-established itself as a dominant force, writing a new chapter in its legendary motorsport journey.
