Rolls-Royce has revealed its latest Bespoke creation from the Middle East — a striking Black Badge Cullinan Series II inspired by the stunning hues of the sunset over Doha, the capital of Qatar and the client’s hometown.

This exclusive SUV features a custom two-tone exterior, with Bronze as the primary color, reflecting the earthy tones of the Arabian Peninsula’s desert, where iron-rich red sands blend with white calcium sands to create a warm, golden-brown appearance. The upper section is finished in “Sunrise Sparkle,” a color that captures the shimmering light of the setting sun as it glints off the sleek glass and metal skyline of modern-day Doha.

Inside, the cabin is upholstered in Sunrise leather, with additional shades of Casden Tan and Havana. Details such as specially designed seat inserts, Sunrise-colored piping, contrast stitching, and embroidered Rolls-Royce headrest logos enhance the interior’s elegance. The seat perforations are crafted to resemble cloud formations seen above Rolls-Royce’s headquarters in Goodwood. The cabin also features open-pore Mimosa Negra wood trim, Dark Spice carpets, and soft Casden Tan lambswool floor mats, rounding out a luxurious interior theme.

James Crichton, Regional Director for the Middle East and Africa, explained that the increasing desire for personalized vehicles has made the region Rolls-Royce’s top market for Bespoke creations. Through the Private Office in Dubai, clients gain direct access to the Goodwood experience, collaborating with a dedicated designer and experience manager to bring their vision to life. This particular Cullinan illustrates how the Bespoke team can transform cultural inspiration and local beauty into a unique expression of design, creativity, and personal identity.

This exclusive service operates strictly on an invitation-only basis, offering discerning clients a rare opportunity to engage deeply in the creation of their personalized vehicles. Clients work closely alongside a dedicated bespoke designer and a specialist client experience manager who are permanently based in the region, ensuring that every aspect of the vehicle’s design and features is tailored to the client’s individual preferences within a discreet, relaxed, and private environment.

The Private Office Dubai was inaugurated in 2022 as the first creative outpost established outside of the Home of Rolls-Royce at Goodwood, England

Since its launch, the Dubai studio has grown to become a vital part of the brand’s international bespoke network. This network now includes additional creative hubs in other major global luxury centers such as Shanghai, New York City, and Seoul, further reinforcing Rolls-Royce’s commitment to bringing their bespoke expertise closer to clients worldwide.

Ayman Berjawi, the General Manager of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Doha, spoke enthusiastically about the Black Badge Cullinan Series II commission, describing it as a profound tribute to the natural beauty of Qatar and a reflection of the client’s sophisticated and discerning taste

“The model, named Desert Sunset, represents far more than a mere luxury vehicle; it embodies a masterful display of bespoke craftsmanship, and more importantly, it symbolizes the deep, unique connection between Rolls-Royce and its esteemed clientele in Doha. Berjawi expressed immense pride in witnessing such a bold and emotive creation, which draws inspiration from the striking landscapes and cultural heritage of their home city. This extraordinary project was made possible through the close partnership and collaboration with Rolls-Royce’s Private Office in Dubai, a relationship that ensured the client’s vision was fully realized with meticulous attention to detail”.

Serving a broad and diverse clientele across the Middle East and Africa, the Dubai Private Office’s presence underscores the region’s status as Rolls-Royce’s most valuable market for bespoke commissions in terms of average order value. The clientele in the Middle East are renowned for their passion for personalization, often commissioning some of the marque’s most technically intricate, creatively ambitious, and highly individualised vehicles. These customers consistently push the boundaries of design and innovation, seeking to create automobiles that are not only masterpieces of engineering but also deeply personal expressions of their identity, culture, and lifestyle.
