Presenting the New Defender OCTA, a new protagonist for the iconic British adventure brand Defender. The most robust, competent, and opulent vehicle in the unstoppable 4×4 family, raising the Defender 110’s capability to a never-before-seen level.
With a 4.4-liter Twin Turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine producing up to 750Nm 1 of torque and 635PS of power, the OCTA model is the most potent and powerful Defender ever, able to reach 100km/h in 4.0 seconds and go from 0 to 60 miles per hour in 3.8 seconds. Its dynamic capabilities are elevated to new heights thanks to extensively redesigned chassis components and cutting-edge technologies, such as the 6D Dynamics suspension.
The exterior has a unique character and is bolder and harder than before. For amazing presence, the ride height is increased, the stance is expanded, and the wheel arches are stretched. New Defender The term OCTA is derived from the world’s toughest and most coveted mineral, diamond, as well as the form that gives them their characteristic appearance and durability. Defender OCTA: Unmatched performance
New Unprecedented performance is brought to Defender by the new Defender OCTA. It is the most powerful and extreme Defender yet, with a 4.4-liter Twin Turbo mild-hybrid V8 engine producing 635 PS. 6D Dynamics system
Pitch and body roll are almost eliminated on the road thanks to a sophisticated network of hydraulically connected, continuously variable semi-active dampers, known as the 6D Dynamics system, which also gives the Defender previously unheard-of levels of comfort and refinement. It has the widest tires ever installed on a production Defender, measuring 33 inches in diameter. Among them is a Goodyear Advanced All-Terrain Tyre1, which was created especially for the OCTA variant. This necessitated the installation of extended wheel arches, which match the off-road- optimized front bodywork with distinctive grille designs that allow for more under-bonnet airflow, a new rear bumper with an active exhaust system that has four exits, and robust under body protection that includes exposed Phosphor Bronze-finished front and rear recovery points and an aluminum alloy front under shield.
In addition to Carpathian Grey and Charente Grey, the Defender OCTA’s color scheme features two new, exclusive premium metallic finishes: Petra Copper and Faroe Green.
