Introduction

The new Vantage has undergone extensive renovations; it is more than simply an exterior makeover and an additional 153 horsepower. Following a short clip in Fernando Alonso presented a number of noteworthy upgrades

Rebuilt around its bonded aluminum chassis was the  idea. Although there was an increase in total torsional rigidity, this wasn’t the only development goal. Instead, Newton’s group concentrated on boosting local rigidity in regions where suspension is crucial.

The Aston Martin Vantage presents a refined interpretation of the blueprint for a high-performance grand touring automobile. The 2025 Vantage boasts several deceptively small cosmetic upgrades, a redesigned interior, and a new 656-hp twin-turbo V-8 engine. It is better in every way. Although the 12-cylinder Vantage is sadly no longer available, the new V-8 engine makes up for its four-cylinder shortfall with 128 horsepower more than the previous model, which should relieve any concerns.

With new suspension geometry and enhanced dynamics software, the Vantage’s agile chassis gains even more performance, and its gasoline V-8 produces visceral thrills with rapid acceleration and a rich exhaust note.

Engine, Power and Speed of the Aston Martin Vantage

The same 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 engine that powers the Vantage was formerly made by Mercedes-AMG but specially tweaked by Aston Martin. Changes made to the cooling and lubricating systems assist release more power even though displacement stays the same. From 503 horsepower and 505 lb-ft of torque, the Vantage’s current output is a whopping 656 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque.

The output is routed to the rear wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. To improve responsiveness, Aston Martin lowered the final drive ratio and modified the shift calibration. Furthermore, it states that a new launch control system will achieve a 0–60 mph time of 3.3 seconds; this is perhaps an estimate that is cautious given that the departing Vantage reached the same mark in as little as 3.6 seconds.

No Manual but!

Get ready for letdown if you were expecting Aston to bring back the manual-transmission option. Well, the eight-speed ZF-sourced transaxle, which is equipped with an electronically controlled limited-slip differential is attached to the engine via a carbon fiber prop shaft, is an excellent improvement. In the future, there will probably be more Astons with manuals, but they will all be produced in small quantities, similar to the 110-unit Valour

Improved handling!

There’s more to the 2025 Vantage than just more power and stylish looks. The chassis of the vehicle was extensively updated by Aston Martin’s engineers for improved handling. The improved adaptive dampers are supported by upgrades such as a reinforced rear body structure, a new engine brace, and a new front cross-member.

Michelin Pilot Sport S 5 tires designed specifically for cars keep everything glued to the surface. Furthermore, significant software modifications enable the driver to precisely tune the stability and traction control systems, enabling customized wheel slip and yaw angles in dynamic driving, all controlled by an electronic safety net.

Interior

With its all-leather inside, carbon-fiber steering wheel, heated and ventilated seats, and embroidered headrests, it might seem a little haphazard overall. The interior of the 2025 automobile has been completely redesigned; sure, there’s still not much room for two people, but contemporary features like an infotainment touchscreen and a new center console bring some coherence and modernity.

Except for door pockets and a short center-console bin, there isn’t much interior cubby storage. Aston claims that the Z-shaped, power-operated fabric roof of the convertible helps conserve trunk space because it folds up and down rapidly. We’ve been informed that the Vantage Roadster can still accommodate a full-sized golf bag despite having a somewhat smaller trunk than the coupe

Aston Martin Vantage Pricing

Increases in prices are planned to correspond with performance gains. Although a price has not yet been finalized, the new Vantage is expected to retail for approximately $190,000, which is almost $20,000 more than the previous Vantage F1 Edition.
