Al-Futtaim, a highly diversified and forward-looking private regional group headquartered in Dubai, has announced the immediate appointment of Jorge Navea as President of Al-Futtaim Automotive. Jorge brings to Al-Futtaim more than three decades of international experience across the automotive industry
Including roles within original equipment manufacturers, distribution networks, and mobility services. Most recently, he served as CEO of Astara, one of the world’s leading mobility companies, where he spearheaded a major transformation that positioned the organization as a global, technology-driven mobility leader across both established and emerging markets.
In his new position
Jorge will lead Al-Futtaim Automotive’s growth strategy, with a focus on expanding market presence, advancing next-generation customer and aftersales capabilities, and making strategic investments across the Group’s automotive portfolio to ensure long-term resilience and competitiveness.
